Building at Elizabetes street 22 is a part of a tenement house built from project of architect Konstantins Peksens. It is a local scale architecture monument, the eclectics pearl, which in its own time was the largest residential building in Riga and it occupies a part of a district between Elizabetes, Marijas and Alfreda Kalnina street. The house is one of plastically richest and most luxurious residential buildings of its era.

In the result of the reconstruction on the first, second and third floor commercial areas are preserved, but on the fourth, fifth and sixth floor of the residential house 48 apartments are made apropriate for requirements of modern life. 

In each apartment there is intended a kitchen area, hallway area with a wardrobe, a dining table, sofa group with a TV and comfortable bathroom.
