The building was completed in 2008. It was designed by the well-known architect Vladimirs Volkovs. A Russian classical style was used in the interior. The villa was built from natural materials: granite, marble, stone and solid wood. It is decorated with columns, arches, painted walls and ceilings, as well as stained glass doors and windows. The mouldings are gilded with natural gold. The furniture is mahogany and oak with unique carvings.
